We’re a highly ranked, powerfully connected research university offering 120+ exceptional undergraduate and graduate programs across eight academic schools and colleges. 20 of Adelphi's programs are top-ranked or in the top 10% for highest paid graduates nationwide according to College Factual's 2020 rankings. Founded in 1896, we were the first private, coeducational university on Long Island. Today, our main campus in Garden City and our dynamic learning hubs in Manhattan, the Hudson Valley, Suffolk County, and online are home away from home to a diverse population of nearly 8,000 students from 43 states and 64 countries. We're pleased to have been recently ranked a Best College nationwide by U.S. News & World Report, and a Best Value School. Our student success outcomes are impressive: 95% of undergraduates have jobs or are continuing their education within six months of graduation.
Greetings from NY! I am Jaclyn Mandart, the Associate Director of International Admissions in the Office of University Admissions at Adelphi University in New York. A new addition to Adelphi, I previously served as an Assistant Dean of Admissions at Union College in New York, and the InitialView Fellow in Beijing, China. I have had the privilege of traveling internationally to recruit for Adelphi and work with both undergraduate and graduate international students, as well as many US first-year and transfer applicants. I have spent a significant amount of time in Quebec and look forward to exploring more of Canada through recruitment for Adelphi! I know Adelphi would be a great fit for Canadian students looking for a home away from home in the US with access to internships and cultural opportunities in NYC (less than an hour train ride away!).
