Through StrongPoints ®, a comprehensive advising and personal coaching program unique to Meredith, each student identifies her primary strengths and then uses those strengths to shape her academic goals, experiential involvement, financial plans, and career choices. Mentored by trained advisers, every student develops a plan to achieve her goals in college and after she graduates.
The school's lush, historic 225-acre campus is located in the vibrant capital city of Raleigh, North Carolina. Our students enjoy a wide range of cultural opportunities, and Meredith's proximity to downtown Raleigh and the Research Triangle Park provides ample internship options. Over 95% of students engage in an applied learning experience such as internships, study abroad, or undergraduate research, and over the last five years, 92.2% of alumnae are employed or pursuing graduate study within a few short months of graduation.
Victoria Marshall is committed to helping international students discern whether Meredith is the right fit for them. She enjoys the opportunity to meet and work with extraordinary women from so many different places and backgrounds, and welcomes the fresh perspectives that international students bring to Meredith.
As a 2015 Meredith graduate who received her B.A. in psychology, Victoria understands the unique power of a women’s college education. She valued the opportunity to learn about her own beliefs and values, how to collaborate in a team and effectively communicate with others, and how to stand up for herself and be a confident, independent person. Victoria enjoys sharing her women’s college experience with other young women who are going through their college search.
