Please be advised that registration is not required to use our Site. “Personal information” is any information that could be used to identify a student, Site member or visitor and, depending on the nature of your interaction with us, may include the following (‘Personal Information’): (a) name, address, and telephone and facsimile numbers of student and their parent or guardian; occupation, academic information, test scores and school acceptance information; educational background, records and related information (b) information you provide us when you contact us or any of our college and university members for help; and; (c) information you enter into our system when using the Site, such as contact information.

Providing your Personal Information, either in person, by telephone, or on-line on our Site, constitutes your consent to the collection, use and disclosure of such Personal Information by the Company for the purpose of providing the relevant services.

The Company may use your Personal Information to provide you with relevant educational information. For example, the Company may:

  • Contact you to discuss a student’s progress;
  • Provide you with information and updates regarding programs or materials that we or our college and university members have to offer and which the Company thinks will interest you;
  • Respond to your requests for information;
  • Improve the Company’s services to better understand and meet your needs

The Company may, on occasion, share some or all of your Personal Information with relevant third parties for the purposes set out above. For example, Personal information may be shared:

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Contact Forms

Whenever you send requests to contact us or any of our college or university members using our Site, we store your comments such as your name, email, subject, and message to help us screen for potential unwanted solicitation, fraud and to improve our customer service.  We keep contact form entries for 1 year, however, If you’d like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided on our Site through our contact forms, please contact us at: and we will respond in a reasonable time.

Embedded Content From Other Sites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites (e.g. YouTube) behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracing your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

How Long We Retain Your Data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Anti-Spam and Additional Information

We collect information about visitors who comment on our Site and use the Akismet anti-spam software. The information we collect typically includes a commenter’s IP address, user agent, referrer, and Site URL (along with other information directly provided by the commenter such as their name, username, email address, and the comment itself).

Our Site is protected by anti-spam software that may use cloud storage to store backups of its audit logs where personal information is collected.  Our Site creates and stores an activity log that capture the IP address, username, email address and tracks user activity (like when a user makes a comment). Information will be stored locally for 30 days and remotely for 1 year. Information on remote logs cannot be cleared for security purposes.


We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.  You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
