ABOUT ME

Hi! I’m Amanda Gearhart.

My name is Amanda Gearhart and I serve as Senior Assistant Director of Admission at the University of Richmond in Richmond, Virginia. I am fortunate to work directly with all Canadian applicants in their discovery of Richmond. After graduating from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science in Entomology, I immediately joined the field of undergraduate admission and have worked both at my alma mater, a medium-sized research university, and now at Richmond. For the past three years I have had the opportunity to work with students from all across the world and have traveled abroad extensively, including within Canada. I love every moment I spend traveling the world introducing international students to Richmond. I look forward to supporting you in your exploration of the University of Richmond and your admission journey!
