In collaboration with Canadian and international participating universities, we provide Canadian families with free resources, events, and programs to support their post-secondary journeys. We do not offer paid services on our sites; our events are free and open to all eligible attendees.

• Contact & Identity Information: Full name, home address, telephone number, and email address of the student and/or their parent or guardian.

• Interaction Data: Information you provide when contacting us or our member institutions for support, as well as responses submitted via forms or surveys.

We use your Personal Information to optimize your event experience and match you with relevant academic and athletic opportunities. Specifically, we may use your data to:

• Register you for events and deliver unique participation links.
• Send relevant educational content, program updates, and marketing communications via email, text, or digital marketing channels.
• Analyze registration trends to improve our resources and better serve student needs.

To fulfill our mission of connecting you with higher education opportunities, we share your data with select third parties:

A. Partner Colleges and Universities

By registering for our events, you consent to us sharing your relevant academic and contact information with participating colleges and universities in Canada, the US, the UK, Europe, Oceania, and other international regions so they may provide you with recruitment materials.

B. Program Partners and Event Sponsors

Where you have provided explicit, optional opt-in consent during registration, we may share limited contact and academic interest information with selected educational program partners and corporate sponsors whose services align with your post-secondary goals.

Our Youth Privacy Guardrail: We will never sell or share a student's personal information with corporate sponsors for marketing purposes as a mandatory condition for attending our free events.

C. Trusted Third-Party Service Providers

We rely on industry-standard platforms to host our site, manage data, and run our events. Your data is stored within these third-party systems:

Because our partner universities and service providers operate globally (including in the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, and Oceania), your Personal Information may be transferred to, stored, and processed outside of Canada. Our services are designed for high school students looking toward post-secondary education. We recognize the heightened importance of protecting youth privacy. If a student is under the age of majority in their jurisdiction (or under 13/16 depending on local regional laws), we encourage and require parental or guardian involvement during registration.

You retain control over your Personal Information. At any time, you may request to:

A. In-Person and Virtual Event Disclaimer

The information presented on our Site, during virtual webinars, or at in-person events is compiled for the convenience of our visitors. While we strive for accuracy, we obtain information from various institutional sources and cannot guarantee its absolute completeness. CollegeTrackr Inc. is not liable for errors, omissions, or decision outcomes made based on this content.

Event dates, formats, and schedules are subject to change or cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any losses or inconveniences resulting from these changes.

B. Photo and Video Disclaimer

CollegeTrackr Inc. reserves the right to capture photographs and video recordings during our in-person events. These media elements may be used in promotional materials, publications, websites, and social media channels.

• To protect individual privacy, no full names or identifying personal data will be published alongside photos/videos without explicit written consent.
• By participating in our public in-person events, you grant us the right to use your likeness in this limited capacity. If you wish to opt-out of photography at an event, please notify our staff at the registration desk.
