We do not have any personal logins for visitors so they can use our free resources right away. All personal information collected is voluntary and minimal (i.e. name and email). Please note that registration for events and joining projects by filling out forms on our Site, external webinar forms and/or Facebook Ads would require collection of more detailed personal information as events do require approval due to limited spots.

Personal information we collect You will notice that our site does not require any logins as we would like to keep all our resources safe, open and free for all our visitors. "Personal information” is any information that could be used to identify you depending on the nature of your interaction with us whether it is simply signing up for our newsletters or joining a project by filling out a form on the Site or registering for an event (through our Site, webinar forms (e.g. Zoom), Facebook Ads, etc.) may include the following (‘Personal Information’): (a) name, address, and telephone and facsimile numbers of student and their parent or guardian; occupation, academic information, test scores and school acceptance information; educational background, records and related information; any resumes or college portfolios you share (b) information you provide us when you contact us or any of our college and university members for help; and; (c) information you enter into our system and embedded forms when using the Site, such as contact information.  

Providing your Personal Information, either in person, by telephone, or on-line on our Site, webinar registration forms (e.g., Zoom) and/or Facebook Ads constitutes your consent to the collection, use and disclosure of such Personal Information by the Company for the purpose of providing the best experience possible and to meet your college, university, and other academic interests. For example, if you filled out a form on our Site to join a project, we will use your name and email address to register you for our events and send you a unique URL to participate.

We strive to protect your privacy and keep any Personal Information you provide secure and protected using our trusted 'Services'. We use Intercom, Inc. to support us with a secure and reliable chat service. We use one of the world's largest and secure hosting services - Amazon Web Services. We use the hosting and wesbite services (including embedded contact forms) of We use one of the world's most popular email marketing services - Mailchimp. We use the service of Typeform for embedded forms on our Site such as contact forms. Your security is absolutely important to us and we rely on the aforemetioned services to help us. By using our Site, you agree to their privacy policies and any Personal Information you provide will be saved in their systems too that we rely on.

The Company may use your Personal Information to provide you with relevant educational information. For example, the Company may: Contact you to discuss a student’s progress; Provide you with information and updates regarding programs or materials that we or our college and university members have to offer and which the Company thinks will interest you; Respond to your requests for information or your request to be contacted by private schools; Improve the Company’s resources to better understand and meet your needs.  

Does the Company Disclose Personal Information? The Company may, on occasion, share some or all of your Personal Information with relevant third parties for the purposes set out above. For example, Personal information may be shared: With our university and college members for the purposes of providing you with relevant program information or a educational consultant that may be best suited to help you. At your request to find support if you are considering private schools in Canada, we will share your Personal Information with them to get in touch with you.

Use of Intercom Services We use third-party analytics services to help understand your usage of our services. In particular, we provide a limited amount of your information (such as sign-up date and some personal information like your email address) to Intercom, Inc. (“Intercom”) and utilize Intercom to collect data for analytics purposes when you visit our website or use our product. As a data processor acting on our behalf, Intercom analyzes your use of our website and/or product and tracks our relationship by way of cookies and similar technologies so that we can improve our service to you.
